To add the location of your property on the map you can open it, locate your property, and press enter. The pin does not move in the same way it does on Google Maps!
Yes. You can always sell your property direct even if it is for sale with an Agent. However, make sure you do not have an exclusive contract as that would mean still paying the Agent’s commission.
All listings are FREE. There is no commission payable nor any fees for advertising your property.
Each listing contains a contact form where a buyer can send an inquiry direct and only to you. We have deliberately hidden your email address to avoid potential spam emails.
If you choose to add a contact telephone number that will be displayed to enable a prospective buyer to contact you quickly. If it is a mobile number and you have WhatApp installed that will also be available.
Contact can also be made via a message that will appear in your account Dashboard.
This site is for private sales only so we would normally expect only 1 property per member. However, to accommodate situations where more than one property is owned and being offered for sale you can now post up to a maximum of 5 (five) properties.

As long as the property is located in the Dominican Republic it can be listed on the site. If you do not see your town/city listed please contact us with the details and we will add the location to enable you to list your property.
Yes. There are no restrictions (assuming it is not illegal) and the options are displayed in a dropdown list. If you do not see an option suitable for your property just let us know and we will add this for you.
We verify all new listings before setting them to live. This ensures that all the necessary details have been added and are accurate. We also add MetaData for SEO purposes to encourage search engines to find your listing easily.
Your Dashboard provides a record of the dates on which your property has been viewed as well as a total of all views.
