Property Owner Terms and Conditions

We invite owners who are looking to sell their properties privately to do so on this site by membership subject to the following conditions:

1. This site is strictly for Owners looking to sell a property privately.  Real Estate Agents may not list properties under any circumstances.
2. Owners must provide all the information requested on the Listing Form.
3. Owners must ensure that the information, photos, and description provide an accurate portrayal of their property.
4. Owners must keep the information on their listing up to date, and edit if there are any changes to the property, for example, price, alterations, etc.
5. If the property is sold, withdrawn, or no longer available as listed the owner must update or remove the property from the site.

PLEASE NOTE.

The website reserves unconditional rights to remove any property from listings if:-

(a) It has been listed by anyone who is not the owner or is not acting for the owner in a private capacity.

(b) Has been listed by a Real Estate Agent.

(c) Is found to contain incorrect information, or images not depicting the property for sale, and has not been edited as requested.

(d) The vendor does not have a legal title to the property.

(e) The lister has provided misleading or inaccurate information relating to the ownership, condition, location, or suitability for use of the property.

In the case of minor inaccuracies, the seller will, in the first instance, be provided with an opportunity to correct the listing information.

In the event of a property being removed by the website no refund of any paid membership will be given.

Buyers Terms and Conditions

We invite anyone who is interested in acquiring a property in the Dominican Republic to peruse the properties listed for sale, and to contact the owner directly to express an interest in the property and request further information.  As a prospective buyer you may:-

1. View the site as a buyer free of charge and without registration.
2. Register with the site as a Buyer, in which case we may send you details of new listings that match similar properties you have shown an interest in by contacting an owner for information.
3. You may contact any of the owners of the listed properties using the Request More Information Form displayed on each property. This form goes directly to the owner.
4. We request that you only contact owners where you have a serious interest in purchasing and have the financial ability to do so.
5. You are advised to take appropriate legal advice before entering into any commitments. (Please refer to the website disclaimer)
6. If you should find that any property listed does not conform to the details or description provided please advise us so that we can investigate further.

Finally, the sole objective of this website is to bring together owners with a property to sell and buyers who are interested in purchasing a property in any location in the Dominican Republic.

We hope that both parties will treat each other with cordiality and respect and be able to negotiate a deal that benefits all those involved. We wish to remind both parties that this website has no beneficial or financial interest in the sale or purchase and that both sides should undertake independent and appropriate legal advice throughout the negotiations and, if these are successful, the resultant sale.
